ISKCON of College Park welcomes the students of UMD to avail the various services and spiritual opportunities at our student center. ISKCON of College Park is a place where students can come and explore spirituality in their lives, and learn about the various spiritual techniques from the ancient texts such as Bhagavad Gita and Bhagavat Purana.
Today’s world is frail due to the ongoing onslaught of a materialistic civilization. Krishna House aims at planting the seeds of change one person at a time. We believe that when we grow and improve internally, it will automatically change the externals. For that purpose we have a spiritual center where people can learn, grow and even live for an extended period of time as part of our Bhakti Academy.

Bhakti Academy: Acquire knowledge of Sanskrit and the practical wisdom of the Bhagavad-Gita and Bhagavat Purana
Morning Meditation: Practice morning mantra meditation and head to class with clarity of mind
Sacred Kirtan: Participate in devotional music and learn to play a variety of traditional instruments
Alternative Breaks: Enjoy retreats, workshops and natural outings throughout the year
Residency Options
Bhakti Work Study – For those not currently in school
Rent/Tuition – For those in school full time
Meals: Nutritious vegetarian meals provided twice daily Students share double occupancy rooms with their own bed and desk Laundry facilities are available on-site
